Had power window problem, like thousands of other jeep owners, should be a recall. Paid over $200 to repair one window, they said I had to replace the entire window at an additional cost just because it would come off the track. They sent me a check for $88 which bounced. Not to mention the fee from my bank. Then they outsource my calls to India. Been loyal customer for years with many jeep vehicles. Never again. Now for some reason other auto dealers wont take my tradeins just because they are jeep. I feel ripped off by jeep. wtf

sorry to hear about your problems. This company is bankrupt and a fraud... basically living on food stamps from the taxpayers at the moment.
