When I asked about mailing a payment in so I did not have to pay a convenience fee of $9.95, the rep actually put the "Account Supervisor" on he phone and she told me that "I did not have a choice to mail it in".
I told her I would call back this afternoon she asked me in a very smart way "Why?? what's the difference in paying it now if you were going to mail it? Why do you have to call back?" which was none of her business so she did not get a reply, I just hung up in her face.

Written by anthony, on 04-12-2008 02:18 you are stupid bottom line they own your car if you are really down and out would you like them to say we will do this to help or come repo your *** do not piss off the people you owe 20 + grand to i will never get where people think they can do what they want with secured loans i have worked repo and the look in peoples eyes when you come and hook up there cars is defeat so if you would like to avoid that do the payments over the phone and show you care because and the way you do that is by paying over the phone if i looked at your account and seen that regaurd less of what creditor i worked for i would say screw them i hold all of the cards go and get that mofo and they can pay us even more because with repo they auction the car off to other dealers so you have a 20 thousand dollar loan they can sell your car 5 thousand dollers and you still owe 15 thousand that you have to pay if you dont you will be sued have wages garnished and have leans attached to properties if your broke *** has anything imagen that you have up to 40 % of your check taken like that for some thing that you dont even own any more all you can do is file bankrupt but if they have the judgement b4 bankrupt u still have to pay regaurdless of what chapter you file because you are court ordered b4 bankrupt you do get some time to get money built back up depending on your situation so best thing you can do is pay or sell your *** because auto loans are a long hall |
