On May 11, 2007 I purchased a maintenance contractfrom Daimler Chrysler to cover the cost of all scheduled maintenance. This contract was for 3 yrs or 36,000 miles, whichever came first. I took my vehcile to the dealership for the 24,000 mile maintenance. Chrysler refused to pay the bill stating that my contract had expired. I am well under the mileage limitations of this contract and have NOT reached the 3 year mark.

I called Chrysler, figuring there was a mix up. They told me my contract ended in February 2010 and that's why it was denied. When I explained to them that is not possible they put me on hold and when they got back on the line they said the contract only covered 5 oil changes. Nowhere in my paperwork does it state that. I would never have purchased the contract if I was only allowed 5 oil changes in 3 yrs.

I have been a loyal Chrysler/Dodge customer for my enire adult life, but after this experience...I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them!

Monetary Loss: $745.
